Terms of service
Agentech Qatar. Last updated 17 September 2026.
When you become a client, we sign a service agreement with you. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the signed agreement applies.
1. Who we are
Agentech Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17396129), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. We provide AI front desk services to clinics and businesses in Qatar. Contact us at qatar@agentechltd.com.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website and the general basis on which we provide our services in Qatar.
3. Our services
An AI front desk that answers phone calls and WhatsApp messages in Arabic and English, books appointments, and passes urgent or sensitive matters to your team, as described on our pricing page and in the proposal we send you.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Qatari riyals (QAR) and exclude any taxes that may apply.
- The setup fee is invoiced at the kick-off meeting and paid before work starts.
- The monthly fee is invoiced each month in advance.
- Extra call minutes are charged at the rate shown for your plan, invoiced monthly after use.
- Invoices are due within 14 days.
5. Pilot and term
- Every client starts with a 3-month pilot. We agree success measures in writing at the kick-off meeting.
- We do not tie clients into contracts longer than three months.
- After the pilot, the service continues month to month until either side gives 30 days' written notice.
- You can end the service at the end of the pilot by written notice, with nothing more to pay.
- Deposit. You can reserve a build with a QAR 500 deposit paid online. It is deducted from your setup fee. If either side decides at the kick-off meeting that the service is not a fit, the deposit is refunded in full. Once build work has started, the deposit forms part of the setup fee.
- The setup fee pays for work already done and is not refundable once work has started.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate, up-to-date information about your services, prices, hours and staff.
- Tell your patients and callers anything the law requires you to tell them.
- Have someone available to take calls and chats the desk passes to your team.
- Medical decisions and patient care remain entirely your responsibility.
7. What the AI does not do
The desk does not give medical advice and is not an emergency service. It tells anyone who describes an emergency to call 999. AI can make mistakes, so we test the desk before go-live and review it monthly; you remain responsible for checking bookings and patient communications.
8. Data protection
We process your callers' and patients' information on your behalf, only to provide the service, under a data processing agreement we sign with you. Our privacy notice explains how we handle information from this website.
9. Availability
We aim to run the service 24 hours a day. It relies on outside providers such as telephone networks, WhatsApp and cloud services, so we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted. We fix problems as quickly as reasonably possible and tell you about any significant outage.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or for loss of profit or business.
11. Ending the service
Either side can end the service straight away if the other seriously breaches the agreement and does not put it right within 14 days of being told. When the service ends, we stop it, return your data on request within 30 days, and then delete it.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates do not change agreements already signed.
13. Governing law
Your signed service agreement sets out the governing law and how disputes are resolved. For anything not covered by a signed agreement, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
