Refund & Cancellation Policy

Build deposit

The £99 deposit that reserves your build is deducted from your setup fee. If either side decides at the kick-off meeting that the service isn't a fit, it is refunded in full. Once build work has started it forms part of the setup fee.

Monthly plans

Billing is rolling and monthly, with no contract longer than three months. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice — you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

30-day money-back guarantee — if you're not satisfied within your first 30 days as a paying customer, contact us for a full refund of that month's fee.

Setup fees

Setup fees (£299 Essential, £699 Professional, from £1,500 Multi-site, and any add-on or custom agent setup) are non-refundable once work has begun, as they cover bespoke configuration time. Your £99 deposit is refundable up until that point.
