Agentech for Zapier
Last updated 7 October 2026
Agentech answers your phone, books appointments and takes messages. With Zapier, everything it does can flow into the tools you already use: add bookings to Google Sheets, log callers in your CRM, or ping your team in Slack or Microsoft Teams.
What you need
- An Agentech account with access to your business's dashboard.
- A Zapier account (the free plan works).
Connect Agentech
- In your Agentech dashboard, open Integrations, then Zapier, and press Add Agentech to Zapier. Accept the invite.
- In Zapier, create a Zap and choose Agentech as the trigger app.
- Press Sign in. A window opens on app.agentechltd.com.
- Sign in to Agentech, check what Zapier is asking for, choose your business if you have more than one, and press Allow.
You never give Zapier your Agentech password. You can disconnect Zapier at any time in your Agentech dashboard, under Integrations.
Triggers
| Trigger | When it fires |
|---|---|
| New Booking | Your AI receptionist books an appointment. Includes the time, service, staff member and caller. |
| New Message | Your AI receptionist takes a message for someone to call back, with how urgent it is. |
| Call Ended | A call finishes, with a short summary of what was said. |
| New Caller | Someone calls your business for the first time. |
Triggers are instant: Agentech sends each one to Zapier as it happens.
